Motorbike driver's license
What do I need to do to get a motorbike license? I know that tourists renting a motorbike for a short time don't need a license, but I heard that expats living here do need one. Can anyone give insight?

i heard you can get visas in saigon outside the issuing office there will be some guys who will help you..and you can get a year for $80. does anyone know about this?

"Business" Visas
Are these travel companies that offer to get you a "business" visa for $100+ reliable? I've heard that they just use their company or a friend's company as the sponsor. What happens if they get busted? Is your visa revoked? Are you deported?
